我應該算是資深的電子閱讀器使用者。打從Kindle的第一代電子閱讀器一直到現在的Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition、 Kobo Libra、文石 Go 3到文石 Note Max和讀墨。大大小小10機台，從黑白到彩色，從怕咖啡汁到可以泡澡，從按鈕翻頁到觸控翻頁到現在的機身雙擊翻頁，從沒筆到有筆，從micro usb到type c 接口。電子閱讀器這十幾年來的發展說快也不快但也確實改變了許多。中間我也嘗試過使用 11“， 13” 和 mini 的iPad來當閱讀器，但是如果你是長時間閱讀這個真的不推薦。

油（脂質）、醣核蛋白質是三大營養素，對於生命的維持都是重要的。
三酸甘油脂 = 1個甘油（glycerol）+ 3 個脂肪酸（但基本上是 C，O， H 三種原子組成）
脂肪酸
- Saturated Fatty Acids 飽和脂肪酸：分子結構穩定，容易凝固的油脂
  - 舉例：ω-9脂肪酸

Starting from a picture that I downloaded from the internet. I will demonstrate how to use ControlNet to generate new pictures.

Enable ControlNet by clicking on the Enable checkbox. Also select Pixel Perfect and Allow Preview.
Select Canny as the preprocessor and click on the fire button pointed by the arrow.
This will convert the picture into the black and white picture on the right
Increase the control weight. ( Play around with this setting to see the differences in weight on the impact of the output)
Finally, since I am not going to input more prompts, I will select ControlNet is more important option.

To prettify the terminal, we replaces the Mac builtin terminal with iTerm2 and Powerlevel10K. However, right after installation you might realized that your original terminal is broken like the following:

The reason for the above is that we have the wrong font settings for the original terminal app. You see from the image that I am using Monaco 11 as font. We will need to have the same font used by the Powerlevel10K.

I have been using notions for over a year. I have only been using the basic functions of notions. With recent updates from Apple Notes, I am experimenting the possibilities of replacing notion with Apple Notes.

I am having trouble exporting everything that I have from notion to Apple note. I exported my notes in markdown format and than try to imports them into Apple notes. However it is shown as all marked down.

I was given a powerpoint slides with movie recorded in it, when I tried to export it on a Mac into the mp4 format, for my first slides the video and audio is out of sync for the first slide. It becomes ok when we jumped onto the second slide onward.

I have tried numerous methods including creating a new ppt with a different template and manually copy the content over and tried exporting again. That did not work for me.

As a personal preference, it might be easier during parentheses matching that the IDE automatically color the open and close bracket using the same color. This is prevalent in coding language like Flutter which is heavy on the widget configuration.

An Overview of Spirits Production

4 key steps in ALL Spirit Production

Processing the Raw Material
1. Aim
  1. Aim of processing the raw material is to create and produce a sugary liquid so that fermentation can take place.
2. Types
  1. The raw material has to be plant base.
  2. Each raw material gives a spirit a unique set of aromas.
Fermentation
1. Aim
  1. To turn the sugary liquid into alcoholic liquid.
2. How
  1. Microorganism (Yeast) are added into sugar. Sugar are eaten by the yeast and ethanol along with carbon dioxide are created.
  2. Typically fermentation yield 8-10% abv
  3. Abv = alcohol by volume
  4. Fruity aroma are created by yeast
Distillation
1. Aim
  1. Distillation increases the level of ethanol in the fermented alcoholic liquid.
2. How
  - Making use of the difference in boiling point in ethanol and water, the alcoholic beverage is heated and condensed to obtain a new liquid that has higher ethanol content.Distilled liquid contains no color and is neither sweet nor salty. This is because sugar and salt does not vaporize in the heating temperature range.
    1. Distillation Strength
      1. Strength of alcohol impacts aroma intensity.
      2. Abv of 96% has low aroma intensity and is hence described as “neutral”
      3. The lower the strength of alcohol the higher the aroma intensity.
    2. Stills
      1. Pot Stills
        
        Traditional way of distilling. Usually need to to double pot still distillation to achieve higher ethanol concentration. 10% →25%→75% abv
        
        It cannot produce alcohol continuously and has to be cleaned after each distillation. Hence it is always distillation in batches.
        
        High strength neutral spirits(i.e. > 90% abv) cannot be made, no matter how many pot still distillation are used.
      2. Column Still
        
        Vertical structure divided into sections
        
        Short column still can produce medium to pronounced intensity aroma
        
        Tall column still > 95% abv
Post-Distillation
1. Aim
  1. Adjust color, aromas, sweetness and alcohol strength depending on the style of the spirit made.

  1. Aromas and Color:
    1. Unaged spirits :
      1. Keep aromas and color but may adjust alcohol content and sweetness. Kept in Stainless steel so aroma is preserved.
    2. Oak-Aged spirits :
      1. Adds color and aromas to spirits through aging in oak. May adjust alcohol content and sweetness
        
        Lemon → gold → amber → brown color progression
        
        Possible aromas: Vanilla, cinnamon cloves and coconut
        
        Possible aromas with longer aging : Fruit cake, dried fruit, leather and wood polish
    3. Flavoured spirits : Made with flavors other than oak.
  2. Belending
    1. Purpose is to achieve consistency and complexity.
  3. Final Steps
    1. Making color consistent using caramel

    3. Dilution with pure water

什麼事空頭？
- 當投資者不看好股市、覺得未來股價會跌時，我們就稱這時的市場叫做空頭、或叫熊市。
市場現在是多頭還是空頭呢？我們可以用兩個基準來判斷：
- 若是加權指數在均線之上，且趨勢往上走時就是「多頭市場」。原因是如果大盤在某個均線，譬如季線（過去 60 天收盤價的平均價）之上時，表示近一季買進的人，平均是處於賺錢的狀態，這時候樂觀態度容易持續。
什麼是填息？
- 填息是指個股除權息後，回到除權息前的價格。
什麼是貼息？
- 股價除息後，不但沒有回補除息差價，反而下跌，使參與除息的投資人蒙受損失。例如，甲股配息2元，除息前股價52元，除息參考價為50元，但除息後股價卻下跌至48元，沒有回升至52元，稱為貼息。
什麼是ROE？

- 又叫利好，利多就是指消息有助於提升股價。

什麼是熔斷？
- 英語：Circuit breaker / Trading curb 指的是在股票市場的交易時間中，當價格波動的幅度達到某一個限定的目標（熔斷點）時，對其暫停交易一段時間的機制。
什麼是貿易順差和逆差

自己胃食道逆流嚴重，一直靠服用氫離子幫浦阻劑控制。書中清楚的列出因果關係和造成胃食道逆流的各種原因。

壓力造成類固醇激素的增加間接刺激胃酸的分泌和增加胃蛋白酶。壓力大的時候往往睡眠不足，而睡眠不足會增加身體的飢餓肽催促大腦讓我們去覓食造成過度進食。

之前去不厭亭就有經過金瓜石地質公園了，那時候公園的入口有流動洗手間，所以也就經過並沒有往內走。往內走後可以眺望不遠處的無耳茶壺山。多個景點都在九份和金瓜石的交界，不厭亭、九份老街、八斗子車長、陰陽海、黃金博物館、無耳茶壺山等等，高密集度的POI景點促使了我最近假日就往九份跑！

沿著海世界觀景臺有一條頗長的行人和腳踏車步道，可以從關渡大橋一直騎，沿路經過獅子頭釣魚台、觀音坑溪橋等地方。沿著淡水河的綠蔭非常涼爽。躺在成排的樹蔭底下會比腳踏車到旁搭建的簡約涼亭舒服很多。

簡單易懂的投資方式。適合長時間經營的人。不是不敗法則，重點在於買進會分股息的好公司，利用時間的複利效益讓錢滾錢。知易行難！

買進的原則，只買好公司：
1. 大型公司且維持一致的獲益能力
2. 擁有良好的經營團隊
3. 簡單易懂的企業
4. 持續的競爭力
5. 董監持股大於10%
不好的公司，連價錢也不去看，哪怕再便宜。
買進的好價錢：
1. 合理的存股利率設定為 5%。
  - 錢的運作, 公司可你拿來發展賺更多。但是如果一味的分發就是可能資金無處運用。
  - 公司如果給股利2.4元，股價在24元。利率 = 2.4/24 x100 = 10 %
賣出的條件：
1. 公司變壞了
2. 股價太貴了
  - 範例：每年配息5元，股價飆升到200，換算成利率 = 2.5%
  - 如果今年依舊是配息5元，可以考慮先賣出，等激情過後再買入
什麼是好價錢？
1. 出發點：從會配息的公司中，用股利來評估和檢視是否值得持有公司的股票。
2. 避開只配股票而沒有現金股利的公司

這是一本很好的工具書，善加利用會然自己成為有影響力的激勵者。但是個人覺得這本書的中文翻譯不夠貼切。原著的用意在於即刻的對任何人施展影響力，讓她找到自己的的動機並付諸行動，並沒有要說服對方（或自己）按照自己的意願做事。這是稍微美中不足的地方。

Bought a LG CX Class 4K Smart OLED TV with AI ThinQ® TV recently. When I connected the TV to my home router, I was able to surf the internet but the in-built LG Content Store, Spotify , Netflix and YouTube app keeps giving me “Unstable Network Error (Error Code 324)“.

I have tried the following:

Reset network router
Reset TV to initial settings
Update TV software to the latest version
Change the service country instead of using Auto settings
Changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8
Power cycle/ on and off the TV

关于望谷车站

望古車站地圖

望古車站位於新北市平溪區，為臺灣鐵路管理局平溪線的鐵路車站。行駛車輛為DR1000型柴油客車，等級為區間車。

招呼站，是指全日無人看守、或仅有值班站长值守的鐵路車站，亦可稱為無人站。通常是旅客人數及停靠列車較少、業務量低，但基於當地通勤旅客的需要或其他因素而需維持營運的車站。这种车站常年无人值守，不提供货运服务。也就是说停靠在招呼站的列车只有客车而没有货车。但是招呼站有时又是有些地方的居民赖以与外界沟通的唯一通道。

日出阿里山、日落好望角

今天來好望角的目的是拍星空。很可惜的是，老天不作美，夕陽還沒有下山前就颳起大風下起雨了。這次的行程只好取消了。到了這裡也可以步行到山丘下方的百年過港隧道。不過一樣很可惜，我今天只在好望角逛了一下就得折返了。

「井仔腳瓦盤鹽田」是北門的第一座鹽田，也是現存最古老的瓦盤鹽田遺址，原為清領時期的瀨東鹽場，1818年遷此至今未再移位，而且清一色為瓦盤鹽田，呈現出馬賽克拼貼般的美麗藝術，後因人工成本過高的原因，於2002年結束了長達338年的曬鹽業，使原來遍布此處的鹽田荒廢了一段時間，後來為延續鹽業文化而將鹽場復育，現已成為台南濱海最具特色的景點。

不厭亭俯瞰寂寞公路

不厭亭位於臺102線公路上雙溪與九份交界處附近，為前雙溪區鄉長簡華祥先生所命名，取自李白詩句「相看兩不厭」，因其一面眺望雙溪區全鄉風景，另一面則可遠眺瑞芳，天氣好時甚至還可以看到遠方湛藍的海水，特定時候甚至還能看得到雲海，景觀佳好，不負「不厭亭」之名。雙溪地靈人傑，有一座貌似刀柄相連刀鋒的山，當地人稱為「菜刀崙」；若往遠方仔細看，在雙溪國小附近還有一座蝙蝠山，狀似蝙蝠展翅；另有著名八景之一「貂山春色」的三貂嶺，也在稍遠的地方佇立著；再往遠一點還可看到基隆方向山稜上有座小涼亭，那就是有名的大肚美人山，有趣的是，這裡又剛好是102線雙溪段的終點，再走幾步就是九份地界了；所有這些絕佳的景色可只有不厭亭才看得到。

In order to use this environment’s packages/resources in isolation, we will need to “activate” it. To do this, just run the following:

While executing tensorflow code in Pycharm, I received the following warning:

AVX provides new features, new instructions, and a new coding scheme.

tensorflow with Pycharm

I was trying to execute the sample code from Google tensorflow quick start for beginner on my Mac and I run into the ssl.SSLCertVerificationError.

My Pycharm was setup to run all code in venv with Python 3.8 and the necessary tensorflow library setup.

ssl.SSLCertVerificationError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1108)

My Mac setup:

Python 2.7.16 Mac System version
Python 3.8.3 downloaded from python.org and installed onto my Mac with pip version 19.2.3.
